Project 3 is my research project
for Dorchester E+ green building that was made in a local urban landscape in
the Dorchester community. My project 3 includes an E+ townhome, E+ farmer’s
market with energy plus greenhouse. It also includes an adjacent urban farm in
this site. Here are my project three projects that are the continuation of my
project 2. Since I made project 2, I made a lot of rendering, tweaking, and sketching
to catch up with my final wrap up. I followed the direction on how to come up
with my project. I made about 38 pages worth of my final project, and I am satisfied with my final approach on Dorchester E+ green building. This project showed
on my project two recaps, design overview, drawings, sustainable design strategies, and energy section. Also, I included my sum up
in my conclusion and what I learned in the class. In my project three, I showed
the site area drawing, floor plans, design section, sustainable design
strategies, indoor air quality, and energy and water calculation. I am
confident on how my project three came up in researching USGBC Massachusetts
and LEED rating for homes. I also satisfied with how I included the farmer’s
market on my site with the adjacent urban farm that was included in my site
design proposal.
