My project 2 was taken from the
empty lot before the construction that I made in Dorchester’s district. The
address of this site is 7-15 Callendar Street, Dorchester’s Codman Square
Boston, MA 02124, and It is 2-family residential townhomes with an E+ positive
farmer’s market inside the site. My project 2 came from the USGBC Massachusetts
and LEED certified program that is part of the continuation of USGBC Massachusetts program. My project 2
is named Dorchester E+ green building, and the whole concept of the project
site is around 23,958 SF including the site garden, road, and transportation
parking. The whole E+ townhomes are approximately 14,800 SF and E+ farmer’s
market is about 1850 SF. These two different programs inside the urban
neighborhood of Boston is a right fit for the whole project from USGBC
Massachusetts and LEED certification that follows the main guidelines of the
site analysis, context, water calculation, site strategies, site plan, and
sections. The whole project two’s site strategies, floor plan, and section are
based on the site research and analysis that I made, which it includes
graphical context and paragraphs that explains the whole concept of my project
2.
